The Buganda Royal Family is mourning the passing on of Saava Peter Kitaka Kisingiri. The deceased is a son of the Late Princess Mugale, who was an Aunt to Kabaka of Buganda, HE. Ronald Muwenda Mutebi. Saava is a Royal title for a son of a Princess in Buganda Culture. His father, the Late Kisingiri was a key minister (Oweekitiibwa) during the reign of Sekabaka Muteesa II.
The Entire Buganda Royal Family is part of the funeral which held at the Kisingiri Royal Court at Mengo, commonly known as ‘ ku Nfuddu z’eMengo.
