Kabaka Chwa I Nabakka Walusembe,

13xx – 13xx Kabaka Chwa I Nabakka  Walusembe, Kabaka of Buganda, youngest son of Kabaka Kato Kintu Kakulukuku, Kabaka of Buganda, by his wife, Nambi Nantuttulu. Succeeded on the death of his father. Establsihed his capital at Bigo Hill. Abdicated and settled at Bala, Magonga county. m. (first) Abakyala Naku, the Kaddulubaale (m. second, Sebwana, Regent after the death of Kabaka Chwa), daughter of Walusembe of the Ffumbe clan. m. (second) Nakiwala, daughter of Semwanga, of the Donge clan. He is said to have dissappeared at Davula, having had issue, one son:

  • 1) Prince (Omulangira) Kalemera. b. at Bigo (s/o Nakiwala). Driven to Bunyoro on the orders of his father. He d. during the return journey from Bunyoro (bur. Kyasa, Busiro), having had issue, an only son by Lady Wannyana (d. during the reign of her son, bur. Lusaka), the supposed chief wife of his uncle, King Winyi of Bunyoro*, and daughter of Mugalula Buyonga:
    • a) Kabaka Kimera Walusembe, Kabaka of Buganda (s/o Lady Wannyana) –
